How Farowit-200 works Farowit-200 contains Faropenem Sodium, a broad-spectrum oral penem antibiotic. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall (peptidoglycan layer), which is essential for bacterial survival. This leads to the death of bacteria and clears the infection.
