How Parabis-DS Susp. works Parabis-DS Susp. is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid. Paracetamol works as a pain reliever and fever reducer by blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the release of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and swelling.
