Bptan-AMH Uses

Bptan-AMH Tabs (Amlodipine 5mg + Telmisartan HCl 40mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg) are used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), especially in patients who require combination therapy.

How Bptan-AMH works

Bptan-AMH contains three medicines:

  • Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

  • Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessel tightening.

  • Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that helps remove excess fluid and reduces blood pressure.

Together, they lower blood pressure effectively by relaxing blood vessels, reducing fluid buildup, and decreasing the heart’s workload.

Common side effects of Bptan-AMH
