Bptan-Trio Tabs (Telmisartan 40mg + Cilnidipine 10mg + Chlorthalidone) are used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), especially in patients who require triple combination therapy for better control.

How Bptan-Trio works

Bptan-Trio contains three medicines that work together to lower blood pressure:

• Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessel tightening and helps them relax.

• Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

• Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water pill) that removes excess fluid and reduces pressure on blood vessels.

Together, they offer strong, effective, and long-lasting blood pressure control by reducing fluid retention, widening blood vessels, and easing the workload on the heart.
