It also helps prevent asthma symptoms and exercise-induced bronchospasm in children.

How Fexega-FX Kid works Fexega-FX Kid is a combination medicine. Fexofenadine Hydrochloride is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks histamine (a substance responsible for allergic symptoms), quickly relieving sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks leukotrienes (inflammatory chemicals), reducing swelling and mucus production in the airways and nose, thus improving breathing and controlling allergic symptoms.
