Fexega Uses Fexega is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial allergies), sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, watery eyes, itching of nose/throat, and allergic symptoms triggered by dust, pollen, or pet dander. It also helps in the management of asthma and allergic cough.

How Fexega works Fexega is a combination medicine. Montelukast Sodium is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It blocks the action of leukotrienes (chemical messengers) that cause inflammation and swelling in the airways and nose. Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine. It blocks histamine (a substance responsible for allergic symptoms), thereby relieving sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.
