Fresh-gum Paste Uses Fresh-gum Paste is used for the treatment and prevention of sensitive teeth (dentinal hypersensitivity), tooth decay (dental caries), gum inflammation (gingivitis), and bad breath. It provides fast relief from pain caused by hot, cold, sweet, or acidic foods and drinks and strengthens teeth and gums.

How Fresh-gum Paste works Fresh-gum Paste is a medicated desensitising and anticaries toothpaste. Potassium Nitrate 5% w/w blocks the transmission of pain signals from the tooth surface to the nerve by calming the nerves inside the teeth. Sodium Monofluorophosphate 0.70% w/w releases fluoride that strengthens tooth enamel, makes teeth more resistant to acid attack, and prevents cavities. Methylparaben Sodium 0.2% and Propylparaben Sodium 0.02% w/w act as safe preservatives.
