Pafev Tabs is a combination medicine. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking prostaglandin release. Paracetamol reduces fever and mild pain by acting on the brain’s heat-regulating center.
