Salmox-S 500 is used in the treatment of bacterial infections affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin, soft tissues, and ENT areas. It helps treat conditions like pneumonia, sinus infections, tonsillitis, bronchitis, and other mixed bacterial infections.

How Salmox-S 500 Works

Salmox-S 500 contains two active ingredients:

• Amoxicillin (250 mg): A penicillin-class antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from forming protective cell walls.

• Sulbactam (250 mg): A β-lactamase inhibitor that prevents bacterial resistance and enhances the effect of Amoxicillin.

Together, they work to eliminate infection-causing bacteria and prevent them from multiplying.
