This nasal spray is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies, perennial allergies, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, and sinus discomfort.

How Azelastine HCl & Fluticasone Propionate Works

This is a combination medicine. Azelastine blocks the action of histamine, a chemical responsible for allergy symptoms. Fluticasone reduces inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages, providing long-lasting relief from allergy symptoms.
