How Fecilix-1000 Injection works Fecilix-1000 Injection contains Ceftriaxone, a broad-spectrum third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It kills the bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Common Injection site pain, Swelling or redness at injection site, Diarrhoea, Rash, Nausea, Increased liver enzymes, Decreased white blood cell count, Abnormal blood clotting (rare)
