Nipderm Cream is a combination medicine. Beclomethasone is a steroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that stops fungal growth by damaging their cell membrane. Neomycin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing protein synthesis.
