How Fecilix-S 375 Injection works Fecilix-S 375 Injection is a combination of two medicines. Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective cell wall. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that blocks the enzymes produced by resistant bacteria, protecting ceftriaxone from being destroyed and making the combination effective against resistant strains.
