How Parabis-Infusion works Parabis-Infusion contains Paracetamol 1000 mg I.P. It works as a pain reliever and fever reducer by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. It is given intravenously for fast and effective relief.
