How Podico-P Tabs. works Podico-P Tabs. is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg. Diclofenac Potassium is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for pain and swelling. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that increases the pain threshold and helps reduce fever by acting on the heat-regulating center in the brain.
